📋 Description

•Support EMEA Partner Sales Teams by driving marketing engagement, strategy alignment, and execution. •Develop and execute strategic marketing programs with business, technology, affiliate, and alliance partners to drive sales growth. •Collaborate closely with channel and alliance teams to understand partner-specific priorities and create high-value initiatives that generate pipeline for sales. •Lead global partner marketing efforts by building programs that engage, educate, and enable partners to successfully sell and implement Hyland solutions. •Enhance partner strategies, programs, and enablement tools while driving the development of partner communications and marketing initiatives to support company-wide sales and growth objectives. •Ensure internal teams are informed and aligned on the partnership ecosystem to maximize success.

🎯 Requirements

•3–7 years in partner, channel, or alliance marketing, within an enterprise software based ecosystem. •Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders across teams to develop and execute results-driven partner marketing programs. •Demonstrated ability to independently manage and execute partner marketing programs from inception to completion. •Demonstrated success in managing and implementing partner marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth. •Proficiency in marketing enablement tools and technology. •English fluency is required. German and/or French language skills are preferred in addition to English. •Excellent communication abilities with an executive presence, capable of presenting effectively to senior stakeholders. •Position requires 25% travel for partner related meetings and/or conferences.
