📋 Description
• Chronosphere is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for Northern Europe. • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across Northern Europe. • Manage marketing campaigns and programs to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline development. • Understand or quickly learn the many functions of marketing and create an integrated marketing plan. • Collaborate with a global marketing team and local sales team.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in marketing with proven ability to develop and execute successful campaigns across multiple channels. • 5+ years of experience at a high-tech or SaaS B2B company. • Deep understanding of the European B2B technology market: Familiarity with diverse European cultures, consumer behaviors, and regulatory landscapes. • Broad experience across field marketing, PR/AR, demand generation, event management, and ABM. • Proven experience managing both small and large events. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Experience working in a distributed global team. • Expertise in data analysis and using insights to inform marketing decisions. • Strong program and project management skills, and able to hold yourself and others accountable for deliverables and deadlines. • Comfort in a fast-paced, constantly changing, and evolving environment. • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in one additional European language is desirable.
