📋 Description

• Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. • Requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to position products effectively in the market. • Manage and execute the annual marketing activities calendar. • Collaborate with product teams to understand features, updates, and roadmaps. • Focus on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention through multi-channel digital campaigns. • Conduct competitor analysis, industry trend studies, and research within professional communities. • Equip sales teams with marketing materials, presentations, and training to ensure consistent messaging. • Use tools to track and report on marketing performance and provide actionable insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role. • Experience in tech marketing is a plus. • Proficiency in using data analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM software, etc.) to measure campaign success. • Experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies. • Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay within budget. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a creative mindset for branding and messaging. • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CMS (e.g., WordPress), and other marketing platforms. • Experience in managing partnerships, agencies, and vendor relationships.
