📋 Description
• Seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented Presales Support Engineer to support our solution consultants in delivering exceptional demos, RFP responses, and customer test environments for POC scenarios. • Involves configuring Hypatos’ AI solutions, preparing customer data into Hypatos Studio, and analyzing data to optimize AI performance. • Focus on standardizing and automating presales processes in setting up demo and customer test environments.
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in natural language AI prompting for configuring AI solutions. • Basic knowledge of Python scripting and SQL for environment setup, data preparation, and customization. • Skills in data preparation (e.g., cleaning, formatting, ingesting data) and data analysis to optimize AI performance and understand customer use cases. • 2+ years of experience in a technical support, presales, or similar role within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment. • Strong ability to identify, document, and improve presales processes. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration. • A team player who thrives in cross-functional settings and can collaborate with solution consultants, sales teams, and customers. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
