📋 Description

• HyperionDev is seeking a results-driven, data-focused Paid Media Manager to steer our paid media strategy. • Manage paid media channels, optimizing campaigns, and maximizing ROI across various platforms. • Lead strategy and execution across channels to drive customer acquisition and engagement. • Hands-on management of paid campaigns including setting up, optimizing, and scaling to improve performance. • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns. • Proven experience in B2C marketing, ideally within tech, education, or SaaS sectors. • Advanced analytical skills: Strong command of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc. • Experience with budgeting and forecasting: Comfortable managing multi-million rand annual budgets. • Creative and Strategic Mindset: Experience in A/B testing, creative optimization. • Excellent communication skills: Ability to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus. • Action-oriented with a "roll up your sleeves approach". • A self-starter: Manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Preferred: Experience with scaling ATL advertising budgets, BigQuery/SQL, leading marketing of a product.
