• Lead Hypernative’s efforts to acquire and manage clients in the region, focusing on both DeFi and CeFi ecosystems. • Drive new business opportunities across APAC, targeting institutional clients, exchanges, protocols, chains and traditional finance players exploring Web3. • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the DeFi and CeFi ecosystems. • Leverage your knowledge of the APAC market to identify trends, cultural nuances, and opportunities unique to the region. • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals, collaborating closely with the global sales and marketing teams. • Understand Hypernative’s product offerings deeply to position them as essential solutions for risk mitigation and operational efficiency. • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools. • Represent Hypernative at industry events, conferences, and forums to establish our brand as a trusted partner in the Web3 ecosystem.
• At least 3 years in the blockchain or financial technology space, with a proven track record in sales or business development. • Strong knowledge of the APAC market, including cultural nuances and regulatory landscapes. • Demonstrable understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, centralized finance (CeFi), and institutional blockchain adoption. • Established connections with key players in the region, such as exchanges, institutional investors, and ecosystem builders. • Exceptional skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
