• Since our launch in March 2021, we have successfully acquired +250 reputable customers like Hubspot, HRS, Forto, SoSafe, Freshworks, Teamviewer and many others. • We have moved from founder-driven sales to a structured, playbook-based B2B sales model. • You will be responsible for closing hiring partner companies for our business line “Recruiting”. • Your key metric: # of active hiring partners and # of generated job opportunities. • This way, you help recruit the best companies for our pool of talented career changers and experienced candidates. • You will be part of the B2B sales team, working closely with the talent team and one of our founders, being responsible for winning new customers for our business line “hyriseRecruiting”. • hyriseRecruiting helps companies find new sales talent and get them productive as quickly as possible with the help of our very own sales ramp-up training.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with people regardless of the industry (e.g. healthcare, retail, hospitality, gastronomy, tourism, product sales etc.). • Plus: Experience working in B2B sales for + 1 year. • Experience in working with a CRM , ideally Hubspot. • Native level German (C2). • Fluent in English (B2+). • Curious and hungry for feedback. • You truly want to find out about people’s challenges. • Improving to become the best possible professional you can be motivates you. • Hungry to learn and curious to grow. • We're looking for attitude.
