β€’ Conduct individual as well as group live training sessions (workshops) on sales-specific topics along the entire sales funnel. β€’ Review and feedback training participants' output such as sequences, cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, discovery calls, demos, and more. β€’ Share best practices from your own experience. β€’ Objectively evaluate each training participant. β€’ Proactively participate in content creation/adaptation to individual needs. β€’ Closely communicate with our Program Operation Manager as well as company contacts on the learning progress of training participants.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Expert in Enterprise Sales (+ 3 years). β€’ Experience managing the full sales cycle in a complex SaaS environment in a high-growth company. β€’ Experience in sales training/coaching. β€’ Hungry to learn and curious to grow. β€’ Process-driven and extremely organized. β€’ High attention to detail and execute to a high standard. β€’ Passionate about people. β€’ Fluent in German and English.
