Description

• Responsible for overseeing and managing multiple teams for software initiative implementation including DataOps and AI solutions. • Working directly with the Army and military stakeholders. • Develop and execute agile project plans, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. • Drive delivery of AI-driven software solutions efficiently. • Gain deep understanding of the Army's needs and operational context. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align project objectives with organizational goals. • Identify risks that may impact timelines or deliverables and establish mitigation strategies. • Maintain communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. • Generate and present project status reports to Army leadership. • Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that adhere to Army standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI Engineers and QA Engineers. • Foster effective communication and coordination among team members. • Monitor team performance and recommend improvements. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and optimize workflows. • Ensure detailed project documentation including requirements and testing plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, including experience with software development projects. • Project Management experience using Agile and Iterative processes • Highly skilled in driving and managing business discussions including Planning, Scope, Priority, Management, Process, and Change Management discussions. • Demonstrated experience in software development, with a solid understanding of AI and LCNC technologies and how they are applied in real-world projects. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work closely with technical teams and customers to ensure that the product delivered meets business and operational needs. • Prior experience working with the U.S. Army or another branch of the military is highly preferred. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including military personnel. • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams. • Ability to convert concepts into professional documents including but not limited to professional presentations. • Proven experience working in high-pressure environments, delivering complex solutions with attention to detail and quality. • Ability to navigate and thrive in a highly regulated and structured environment such as military or government contracting. • Familiarity with AI, LCNC, and software development and related tools is a significant advantage. • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
