📋 Description
• Project Manager, Client Services, is responsible for managing all aspects of healthcare related market research projects. • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and consultation • Ability to determine sample strategies and collaborate with sample sources to recruit the highest quality respondents • Interact with and manage vendor relationships • Respond to time sensitive client inquiries and resolve problems • Develop an understanding of client’s business issues and the industries in which they operate • Act as client liaison for questionnaire programming, translations and tabulations as needed • Execute projects to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining project budget. • Assigned projects by the Team Lead and/or SVP, Client Services • Other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years’ experience in the data collection industry • Industry knowledge of Market Research and Pharmaceutical/health care industry • Bachelors or equivalent degree preferred • Proficient in Excel
