• The Learning Management System Administrator reports to the Learning Deployment Lead and ensures successful deployment of Global Learning & Development solutions. • Lead deployment of learning solutions across various platforms including CMS and GLMS. • Manage development of sites and content organization. • Oversee the deployment process, including pre- and post-launch activities. • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and provide consultations on best practices. • Manage large-scale deployment projects and support related training sessions. • Develop a strong understanding of LTE platforms to assist content developers. • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in deployment processes.
• 3–5 years of experience in L&D deployment, particularly in global, complex environments. • Proven track record in deploying learning solutions across multiple platforms and modalities. • Experience managing content management sites and facilitating virtual classroom solutions. • Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of content management platforms and virtual learning tools. • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills, with a focus on efficiency and coordination. • Excellent project and program management skills, including the ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders. • Proficient in written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and efficiency. • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational excellence and business improvement. • Flexibility to work irregular hours to support global time zones. • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic, virtual working environment and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
