Description

• Take day to day responsibility for managing and enhancing client relationships following the completion of transactions • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any after sales issues promptly • Track and report on earn-out arrangements, ensuring all terms are met and payments are processed accurately and timely • Identify, assess, and monitor risks associated with post-closing activities and implement strategies to mitigate these risks • Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of investors, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate • Maintain and manage a roster of financial, legal and technical advisors, ensuring their engagement and alignment with company goals • Oversee the completion of all Conditions Precedent (CPs) and ensure a smooth handover process from project completion to operational phase

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Real Estate, Renewable Energy, or a related field preferred • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a commercial, client-facing role, preferably within the renewable energy sector • Good understanding of the transaction processes, post-closing procedures, risk management, and investor relations • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management • Familiarity with solar energy technology and the renewable energy industry • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions • Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders • Understanding of financial principles related to project financing and earn-outs • Strong negotiation skills to handle agreements and contracts effectively • Fluent English language skills required • Willingness to travel internationally for short term trips as the role requires
