Requirements

• 5+ Years of experience overseeing risk management and compliance role at a CDFI • 5+ Years of experience overseeing annual certifications for a CDFI • 5+ years of experience with The CDFI Fund’s Award Management Information System (AMIS) • Possess certification related to financial regulatory compliance. • Advanced knowledge of finance industry regulations, guidelines, and laws. • Analytical ability to develop metrics and implement improvements through financial analysis and reporting. • Strong communications skills with the ability to disseminate complex financial information into simple, sound business language. • Proficiency with MS Office and financial and accounting software.
