Requirements
• 15+ years of relevant experience with a mix of Big 4 accounting experience and high-growth public companies with complex revenue streams in SaaS/software industry. • Masterful knowledge of ASC 606 and related US GAAP pronouncements, including its application on complex revenue arrangements. • Ability to roll up sleeves and work with global team members in a hands-on management capacity to deliver required results. • Proven record of mentoring and developing talent. • High emotional intelligence, ability to build and sustain relationships at multiple levels within and outside of finance. Excellent communication skills, written and oral. • Passionate and persistent about operational excellence. • Problem solving and decision making capacity in a high growth environment. • Comfortable leading teams through ambiguity and be a champion of change. • Experience with relevant systems including Netsuite, Zuora Revenue and Salesforce CPQ. • Strong knowledge of SOX requirements, including the ability to assess, develop and implement internal controls. • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
