• Manage government contract for federal grants financial management • Lead national training project for OJP grantees • Provide strategic leadership for TTA delivery • Ensure project quality and staff performance • Coordinate culturally competent needs assessments
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to Obtain Public Trust Clearance • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields • 10 years of experience in managing projects • 5 years managing nationwide projects • Knowledge of social science research • Experience delivering national training or TTA • Knowledge of DOJ and OJP • US citizenship required • Ability to multi-task and adapt • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to foster partnerships
