Description

• Lead design and deployment of ServiceNow solutions and POCs for clients • Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts • Implement ServiceNow solutions meeting industry best practices • Support data migration design and activities from legacy systems • Assist architects in integration of ServiceNow with other systems • Analyze platform performance and design optimization strategies • Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations • Support end-user training for solution adoption • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow • Stay updated on ServiceNow features and best practices • Provide technical guidance to junior developers • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders • Support development of client roadmaps and solution demonstrations

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator • US Citizen or Green Card Holder required for federal contract • Must be able to obtain U.S. Government Public Trust Clearance • Certified in two or more additional mainline certifications preferred • Excellent communication, client facing roles, presentation skills • Hands-on experience configuring or building ServiceNow applications • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices • Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management principles • In-depth knowledge of scripting languages, including JavaScript and GlideScript • Strong technical skills, including workflow configuration • Expertise in designing and implementing complex workflows • Ability to independently create and manage integrations with external systems • Strong problem-solving skills
