Description

• Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices • Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation • Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations • Perform unit, system, and integration testing • Debug and fix technical problems • Support the development of detailed technical documentation • Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users • Participate in platform upgrade activities including regression testing and reconfiguration • Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions

Requirements

• 3 + years of ServiceNow experience supported by ServiceNow certification CSA • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field or 6 years work experience may be substituted for a degree • U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance • 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps • 1+ years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls • US Citizen due to federal contract requirements • Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust • MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.) as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply
