β’ This role requires expertise in DoD contracting processes and PD2 system administration β’ Provide end-user support and training on DoD electronic business applications, including the Standard Procurement System (SPS) and related eBusiness applications β’ Manage network credentials and system access to ensure the functionality of the contracting infrastructure β’ Collaborate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to develop evaluations, analyses, and data-intensive reports critical for mission success β’ Respond to data calls and support all aspects of contracting operations in coordination with the COR β’ Notify the COR of contract modifications that may conflict with DPAP memorandums, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and SOCOM Acquisition Regulation Supplement (SOFARS) β’ Perform system administration tasks, including report writing, script execution, and troubleshooting
β’ Active secret clearance required β’ CompTIA Security+ certification (required) β’ Experience with DoD Contracting, Acquisition, or Financial Management systems β’ Proficiency in Sybase SQL script writing β’ Ability to support IT applications, including: Standard Procurement System (SPS), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat β’ Ability to travel occasionally to DoD sites within the continental United States (CONUS) for system and user support β’ Active Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility β’ Experience in contracting infrastructure management within a DoD environment β’ Previous experience providing technical support and training for DoD procurement systems
