• Als CRM Manager & Data Analyst bei Idana wirst du ein tiefes Verständnis für unser CRM-System (HubSpot) aufbauen und die Infrastruktur kontinuierlich pflegen und weiterentwickeln. • Du bist ein analytischer Kopf, der in der Lage ist, datengesteuerte Entscheidungen zu treffen. • Du analysierst unsere CRM-Prozesse, um Engpässe zu identifizieren und Verbesserungsvorschläge vorzulegen. • Du erstellst aussagekräftige Berichte und Dashboards, die auf CRM-Daten basieren. • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für alle CRM-Benutzer. • Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen, um gemeinsame Business-Ziele zu erreichen. • Du bist verantwortlich für die Behebung von CRM-bezogenen Problemen. • Du unterstützt bei der Bereitstellung von Datenvisualisierungen und BI-Dashboards zur Unterstützung der Business Intelligence.
🎯 Requirements
• min. 1 Jahr intensive Erfahrung im Einrichten von Automatisierungen/Workflows etc. in CRM-Systemen wie Hubspot, Salesforce o.Ä. • Erfahrung in der Datenvisualisierung und -analyse für operative und strategische Fragestellungen. • Sicherer Umgang mit Python, SQL und DBT. • Selbstständigkeit: du bringst eigene Ideen ein, um Prozesse zu optimieren und leitest die Projekte. • Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit bei der Datenverwaltung und -pflege. • Analytische Fähigkeiten zur Auswertung von Daten und Ableitung von Erkenntnissen. • Strukturiertes Arbeiten bei der Organisation von Implementierungen und -Projekten. • Kommunikationsfähigkeit für die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams und die Schulung von CRM-Nutzern. • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift (min. B2).
