• IDC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. • The right candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, driving qualified traffic, and helping to achieve strategic business objectives. • This role requires a data-driven approach, strong understanding of paid media best practices, and the ability to think creatively. • IDC is the most respected global technology market research firm operating in over 110 countries worldwide.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • 3-4 years of proven experience in paid media management or digital marketing. • Experience with retargeting and ABM programs is required. • Demonstrated proficiency in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). • Experience with other platforms (e.g., Reddit Ads, content syndication, programmatic advertising) is a plus. • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools (Looker Studio, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, platform-specific analytics dashboards). • Strong organizational, project management, skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques. • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) is a plus. • Familiarity with ABM platforms and tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense) is a plus.
