In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing marketing initiatives that build pipeline with youth sports organization customers. • You will own the strategy and execution of campaigns that drive MQLs, convert leads into customers, and deliver new business bookings. Reporting to the Head of B2B Marketing, this is a highly visible role, with direct impact on B2B revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with a strong focus on SaaS. • Proven track record in developing and executing high impact B2B marketing programs, including digital marketing, paid media, email and events • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo or similar), CRM (e.g. Salesforce), and lead capture tools • Highly data-driven, able to make strategic decisions based on performance metrics • Builder mindset, able to push effectively through complexity. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, able to rally a team around a campaign and goal • Bonus points: Experience serving SMB audiences with high velocity sales processes
