• Lead the delivery of Salesforce implementation projects • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions • Provide sales opportunity support including product demos, sales discovery, and advice on estimates • Lead Solution Architecture and project solution vision • Contribute to RFI and RFP responses • Plan sprints, support data mapping, and oversee UAT • Develop and document user instructions and administrative maintenance requirements • Conduct project audits, architecture reviews, and provide cure recommendations • Advise on best practices and support service delivery quality • Stay up to date on third party applications and new Salesforce products • Travel may be required • Maintain target utility 70%
• Minimum 3 years Salesforce certified Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer • Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst • Extensive experience with Enterprise technology implementations • Understanding of key concepts that support user focused design and design thinking • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems • Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills • Previous experience collecting and working from user stories preferred • Minimum 1 year experience using story mapping methodology to capture business requirements • Minimum 1 years leading CRM implementation project teams • Minimum 3 years experience utilizing Agile and Waterfall project management methodology • Experience with data migrations from third party solutions to Salesforce • Desire to learn new things and take on challenges
