Description
• Manage and mentor a team of Tax Analysts • Oversee tax advisory services for all business units • Develop tax strategies for non-standard transactions • Implement process improvements and automation in tax workflows • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tax considerations into business decisions • Review tax clauses in agreements • Develop defensive tax audit strategies
Requirements
• At least Upper-Intermediate English proficiency • 5+ years of experience in a similar role • Proven ability to manage and mentor teams effectively • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets • Solid understanding of key IFRS standards • Ability to write policies and understand company business processes
