We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketer with proven experience in the E-commerce industry, preferably in the skincare sector. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, improving conversion rates, and maximizing ROI across digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise gained from working in Western markets (USA, UK, or Dubai) and demonstrate a strong ability to execute data-driven strategies tailored for the competitive e-commerce landscape.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the e-commerce industry. Direct experience as a media buyer for an e-commerce brand, with a proven track record of success. Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and strong knowledge of the platformβs 2025 best practices. Proven success in running campaigns targeted at Western markets (USA, UK, or Dubai). Experience in the skincare industry is a plus. Strong understanding of performance tracking, including pixel setup, attribution models, and campaign analytics. Demonstrated ability to optimize sales funnels through landing page design, offer creation, and CRO. Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimizing performance. Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
