• BS in Engineering or Business Management, Engineering, Operations or Sales, and Marketing background. • Minimum of 10 years’ experience of management experience in an operations leadership and/or factory management role. • Excellent business and commercial acumen. • Ability to travel based on business needs. • Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) that serve to influence and persuade others. • Must have good organizational abilities. • Must be self-motivated. • Strong organizational insight. • Team builder, strong communication and motivational skills, a problem solver, and action oriented. • A strong commercial background, ability to effectively influence differing channels in differing geographies (Distribution, OEM, Direct). • Outstanding large customer facing communications and interaction skills.
