Description

• Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and manufacturing cost accounting functions. • Requires travel to Albuquerque and Rochester sites. • Proactive problem solver to lead efficiency improvements and strategic actions. • Provide recommendations to Senior Management for strategic goals. • Proficient in FP&A process including forecasting, reporting, and AOP. • Assist with ad hoc reporting and maintain tools for financial metrics. • Responsible for reporting, forecasting, and analyzing manufacturing costs. • Support manufacturing operations with variance and root cause analysis. • Review standards against cost roll-ups to ensure accurate cost data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance • ERP (JDE experience preferred), Advanced Excel and PowerBI experience • 4+ years of FP&A/Accounting experience; cost accounting preferred • 2+ years of operational experience in a manufacturing environment preferred • Advanced financial modeling and analytical techniques • Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills and high confidence in stating professional opinions • Self-motivated, focused and able to identify needs and implement solutions with minimal supervision. • Strong grasp of GAAP accounting and general accounting concepts • Demonstrated ability to streamline and automate complex processes
