Description

• Supervise various aspects of the revenue cycle such as write-off, cash application, refunds, and reporting • Provide training and technical management to departmental staff • Assist in managing billing and revenue recognition policies and procedures • Support collections and billing leaders • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all transactions • Review all client true-ups for completeness and accuracy • Assign, distribute and coordinate work to ensure consistent, efficient and timely delivery of service • Assist with monthly variance reporting • Review account reconciliations completed by staff • Conduct reporting and analysis of revenue cycle • Participate in monthly closing reconciliations • Perform other duties as assigned • Support organization's quality program(s)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred • Major in accounting field strongly preferred • Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Four (4) years of experience in the accounting field • Two (2) years of supervisory experience • Proficient in accounting policies and practices • Good oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel • SQL knowledge • Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills • Strong organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Results oriented • Leadership/management/motivational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
