• 5-7 years of Strategic, Enterprise or Key Account Management sales experience. • Enterprise SaaS preferred. • Demonstrated success in creating and growing strategic customer relationships, loyalty, and business plans and programs. • In-depth business acumen with broad industry view. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills. • Ability to present and explain information in a way that establishes rapport; persuades others; and gains understanding. • Experience presenting and communicating with c-suite executives. • Mentor and coach to customers and peers. • Demonstrated success in persuasion and negotiation. • Solves problems independently and assumes responsibility. • Works under minimal supervision. • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
