• Verantwortung für den Verkauf und die Beratung zu IDEXX-Wassertestprodukten in Deutschland. • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, um Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu erkennen. • Sicherstellen von Verkaufs- und Umsatzzielen durch Beziehungen und Strategien. • Schulungen, technischer Support und Produktvorführungen durchführen.
🎯 Requirements
• Nachgewiesene Vertriebserfolge und einen Hintergrund in den Lebenswissenschaften (vorzugsweise in Biologie, Chemie, Ingenieurwesen oder Physik). • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb. • Die Fähigkeit, Ideen überzeugend zu präsentieren, hohe Eigenmotivation und ausgezeichnete Problemlösungsfähigkeiten. • Flexibilität für spontane Reisen und die Motivation für eine abwechslungsreiche Arbeitswoche – Reisetätigkeit ca. 80 %. • Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Zeitmanagement. • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, sowohl intern als auch extern. • Die Fähigkeit, sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten.
