Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT-related field • IAM Technology-specific training/certification a plus • CISSP Certification a plus • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Identity Governance & Administration • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Access Management • Knowledge and hands-on experience with SSO/Federation • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Enterprise Directories • 3+ year of experience with IAM implementation/architecture • 3+ year of experience in security consulting, security administration, and/or information technology • Knowledge of Java, C#, or similar object-oriented programming language • Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.) • Knowledge of enterprise directories (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.) • Knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ServiceNow) • Experience setting up and installing software on Windows and Unix platforms • Experience with web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web Services, etc.) • Experience with web application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS, etc.) • Familiarity with Role Based Access Control (RBAC) • Familiarity with security/compliance standards, frameworks, and concepts (NIST, SOX, GDPR, Zero trust, etc.)
