• IDMWORKS is an award-winning identity and access management (IAM) solutions firm serving various sectors since 2004. • Offers services to help enterprises manage, secure, and scale access to systems, data, and applications. • Pioneered remote work for 20 years, establishing leadership in IAM. • Committed to securing businesses and facilitating interactions between companies, customers, partners, and employees. • Ready to join a dedicated team focused on delivering extraordinary customer experiences and fostering long-term partnerships? • Primary Responsibilities: • Assess current IAM environments and systems through stakeholder interviews and documentation. • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to elicit business and functional requirements. • Plan and conduct analysis of client business processes and functional requirements. • Analyze client and system data to aid in design and implementation of IAM systems. • Draft and review process documentation, use cases, and workflows. • Collaborate with IAM architects and engineers on design documentation. • Develop test plans and test cases for IAM solutions. • Review documents for compliance and consistency. • Communicate reporting status and escalate issues as needed. • Author technical documentation and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Preferred Education • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or an IT-related field or equivalent • PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, CCBA a plus • Knowledge and hands-on experience with the following IAM components: • Identity Governance & Administration, Access Management, SSO/Federation, Privileged Access Management, Enterprise Directories • Knowledge of the nine project management knowledge areas: • Cost Management, Time/Schedule Management, Scope Management, Risk Management, Human Resource Management, Integration Management, Procurement Management, Communications Management, Quality Management • 2+ years of experience in supporting IT, preferably in operations or business analysis • 2+ years of experience in information technology in an area related to customer service, • customer liaison, customer relationship management or vendor management. • 2+ years of experience with requirements gathering and business process documentation • 2+ years of experience with IAM administration/implementation experience • Advanced working knowledge of project management software (MSFT Project, Trello, Jira, • HP PPM, CA Clarity) • Understanding of Gantt charting, critical path methods, and project scheduling • Advanced working knowledge of Office products including: Work, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio) • Travel 0 up to 10% • Utilization Expectation 80% • Physical Requirements • Ability to continually sit at a desk in front of a computer • Ability to continually sit in a meeting • Ability to frequently travel commercially by airplane or car • Ability to frequently travel to an office building/client location • Ability to lift 5-10 lbs. as part of travel or normal office work • Required to be able to use a keyboard/mouse • Required to communicate via telephone and/or video teleconference
