Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Operational or similar executive leadership role in a fintech or financial services organisation. • In-depth knowledge of global financial regulations, especially KYC requirements. • Demonstrated success in implementing operational efficiencies and driving growth. • Strong understanding of technology and its integration into financial services. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field.
