Description

• The individual will have to work closely with the Americas team, as well as other regions, to find opportunities between accounts to create additional value. • Additional to the voice trading the individual will look for opportunities within their customer set across IDTs product portfolio (SMS, IMTU, Ucaas\Ccaas, Money remittance). • Managing a portfolio of accounts across the Americas region – Retailer Carriers, wholesalers of voice services. • Promoting additional products, SMS N2P products, Money remittance, IMTU. • Voice Trading, managing exposures, credit lines, support disputes resolution, technical issues (minor, or raising with tech team), upsales, other areas. • Negotiate and Submit monthly/quarterly deals. • Attend Telecom shows to represent IDT and promote a full range of IDT products.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Voice / Telecom business. • Previous experience with sales and analytical tasks (Excel, running reports). • Number related education is a plus. • Previous experience working remotely, attending conferences. • Advanced English & Spanish. • Availability to travel to the US with personal Visa.
