• Verantwortung für die technische sowie fachliche Weiterentwicklung im Umfeld von Microsoft Dynamics 365 und Power Plattform • Unterstützung verschiedenster Digitalisierungsprojekte und Entwicklung neuer Lösungen • Konzipierung und Implementierung von Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Prozessverantwortlichen • Konfiguration der Systeme und aktive Begleitung aller Projektphasen • Planung und Leitung von Projekten, Workshops, Schulungen und Präsentationen • Laufende Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung interner Applikationen im Bereich Microsoft Dynamics 365 und Power Platform
🎯 Requirements
• Umfassendes Verständnis und Projekterfahrung als Consultant zu Microsoft Dynamics 365 und Power Platform • Gutes Verständnis der Lösungsarchitektur und Qualitätssicherung • Ausgeprägte Skills im Kommunikationsbereich, Qualitätsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit, Wissenstransfer, Zeitmanagement und lösungsorientiertem Lernen • Fähigkeit strategische Inputs aufzunehmen und Lösungen auf die Bedürfnisse des Kunden/Teams anzupassen • Gute Kenntnisse in den Dynamics 365 Modulen Sales und optional Project Operations/Project Service Automation oder anderen Modulen • Erfahrungen aus Kundenprojekten proaktiv zur Weiterentwicklung der internen Dynamics 365 Umgebung einbringen • Selbstständige Koordination mit dem englischen Microsoft Support in Support-Fällen • Offene und wertschätzende Kommunikation • Teamarbeit mit einer „Sharing is caring“-Mentalität
