📋 Description
• We are looking for a Lido Staking Analyst with proven experience driving the profitability of a staking fleet. • You will strategise and work collaboratively to enhance Nimbus's Lido fleet, focusing primarily on strategies that maximize profits and ensure competitiveness. • Essentially, you will own the staking strategy roadmap towards profitability and long-term sustainability.
🎯 Requirements
• You are deeply embedded in the DeFi space. • You have experience in assets/portfolio management based on Lido-derived assets. • You have experience capturing private order flows and building blocks (MEV; private mem pools) and other mev-like opportunities. • You have experience in other liquid staking solutions besides Lido (you have worked on staking expansion strategies). • Experience optimising staking costs. • Dedication to optimise and keep up to date with the developments in the space. • Experience working with external stakeholders. • Strong collaboration skills across fully remote, distributed teams.
