Description

• Own overall architecture accountability for technology portfolios. • Build and develop technology strategy and lead technical teams. • Solve significant complex problems and provide authoritative recommendations. • Engage with product managers, engineers, and R&D leaders. • Enhance and simplify IFS suite where possible. • Build high-performance engineering teams using Agile principles. • Provide technical leadership for software design meeting requirements. • Ensure maintainability, security, and performance of software components. • Conduct peer reviews and ensure quality standards.

Requirements

• Excellent influencing and communication skills. • Entrepreneurship and resilience to drive technology strategy. • Technical, operational, and commercial breadth for strategic vision and delivery. • 15+ years of hands-on experience in cloud-based application development. • Strong software architectural, design, and programming skills. • Experience in Application Security, Scalability, and Performance. • Ability to envision the big picture and work on details. • Skills in C++, C#, GoLang, Python, JavaScript, Java. • Knowledge of Angular, Node, React JS, .NET, REST, GraphQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL. • Experience with Azure and Amazon cloud services. • Proven experience in building cloud-native apps on Kubernetes and Docker. • Hands-on with CI/CD tools like Circle CI, GitHub, Jenkins. • Good knowledge of big data tools and data science frameworks. • Exposure to ERP application development is advantageous.
