Description

• Are you passionate about account services and helping clients grow? • Do you have experience working with and manage franchise accounts? • Work with a dedicated group of clients and will be responsible for understanding and achieving the client’s short- and long-term goals. • Serve as the day-to-day primary contact for our clients. • Maintain client satisfaction and grow accounts through upsells and renewals while ensuring a high level of quality work is being delivered to meet the client's goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or Account Executive in a digital marketing advertising agency supporting franchise clients • Ability to communicate rapidly and effectively with all parties involved in the projects, communicate in English, present, and influence key stakeholders • Have a drive to learn and grow in digital marketing knowledge and skills continually • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as Paid Search, SEO Display, Social, Content Marketing, UX, and Analytics • Experience with B2B & B2C lead generation • Franchise or multi-location marketing experience • Strong sales and client growth skills • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time • Proven ability to build rapport with clients and problem-solve effectively • Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities • 4+ years’ experience in client account management/client success experience • 4+ years of sales and business development experience • 5+ years of experience working in digital marketing • Excellent business acumen and experience working with business executives • Experience working with Project Management systems such as PK4, Slack, and other Account management tools and platforms, such as website analytic tools like Google Analytics
