β€’ Create and execute email, SMS, push/in app messaging, chatbots, direct mail, and loyalty programs marketing strategies for 6-8 clients β€’ Build strategic roadmaps to achieve clients' goals β€’ Present strategic roadmaps to clients β€’ Work with creative production teams to execute on planned strategies β€’ Review reporting and analytics with clients β€’ Manage lifecycle campaigns from production to analysis β€’ Communicate effectively with both internal team and clients β€’ Manage project timelines and task delegation

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Agency digital marketing experience β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skill with a strong attention to detail β€’ Minimum combined 4 years managing email/SMS, CRM, in app and direct mail marketing strategy and execution including: Automated flows (welcome series, browse & cart abandon, post-purchase, etc.) β€’ Audience Segmentation β€’ Personalization β€’ Data analytics and reporting β€’ Lifecycle marketing strategy client account management β€’ BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar preferred β€’ Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment β€’ Strong time management and organizational skills β€’ Positive attitude and a strong internal motivation β€’ Comfortable leading calls and being on the phone/Zoom β€’ Basic HTML experience β€’ Google Analytics β€’ Proficient in several or more major ESP and CRMs (Klaviyo, MailChimp, Bronto, etc.) β€’ Experience with project management tool such as Asana,or Monday.com
