Description

• Provide leadership, coaching, training, and motivation to a team of Solar Energy Consultants (SECs). • Ensure that all SECs deliver consistent sales messaging and brand representation. • Collaborate with team members to support SEC recruitment activities. • Represent the company at public events and attend sales meetings. • Maintain own sales records and monitor performance of SECs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. • 1-2 years of face-to-face sales or other customer-facing experience. • Must be available to work evenings and weekends. • Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record, a reliable form of personal transportation, and auto insurance coverage that satisfies the minimum requirement for the state.
