• Reseco Group Holdings seeks a Consultant to enhance client safety culture • Help clients assess and build a culture of safety • Provide strategic guidance in safety culture and people development • Understand clients' needs to offer customized solutions • Interact with C-level clients to open doors for SMEs • High-paced, high-risk role with base comp plus commission expectations over $200k
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience successfully navigating the Construction and Manufacturing verticals • Strong knowledge of how to carry a fruitful conversation • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with those within your circle of influence • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • An existing network full of C-Level contacts. Construction and Manufacturing space is a plus • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
