Description

• Working within a team, help to grow and manage Raftelis’ maintenance and asset management services for municipal utilities and local governments. • Bring broad knowledge in a variety of areas including plant and field maintenance evaluation, CMMS vendor selection, CMMS implementation, GIS, field mobility, data conversion, inventory management, and other related maintenance and asset management areas. • Help to grow Raftelis’ CMMS evaluation, selection and implementation delivery team. • Actively participate and/or lead targeted sales pursuits, proposals, and client interviews. • Support and mentor project staff in the execution of work. • Develop presentations and present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. • Develop trusted advisor client relations to build client references and testimonials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business, computer science, or related field • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in providing water, wastewater, electric, and/or gas utility technology consulting services • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage implementations of common utility CMMS solutions (e.g., Hexagon, Infor Public Sector, Maximo, Trimble Unity, Central Square, OpenGov, etc.) • Knowledge of GIS and mobile work management solutions and best practices • Knowledge of best maintenance and asset management practices (e.g., ISO 5500) • Strong writing abilities for project deliverables and proposal development • Excellent verbal and presentation skills • Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio) • Willing and able to travel (30% to 50%)
