📋 Description

• About Lyra Health: Transforming mental health care through technology with a human touch. • About the Role: Seeking an expert organizational psychology consultant to help employers. • Ideal candidates should have a strong background in collecting and analyzing data to inform people strategy and/or occupational health and safety in the workplace, as well as experience with consulting on systemic, organizational solutions to critical workforce issues including turnover, burnout, and inefficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry and consulting experience • Expertise in Occupational Health Psychology, occupational stress, or Organizational Psychology • Entrepreneurial approach and self-starter, with a strong ability navigate ambiguity • Strong research and analytical skills • Strong interpersonal/team skills, high E.Q. • Strong writing skills • Dynamic public speaking abilities • Team player and dedicated to incorporating feedback from key stakeholders • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment • Fluency in PowerPoint and MS Excel • Familiarity with most commonly used corporate webinar platforms, including Zoom, Google Hangouts, Teams, and Cisco Webex
