• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to understand their preferences and budget. • Research and create customized itineraries based on client’s interests and destination. • Book reservations, accommodations, activities, and other arrangements. • Provide pricing and payment information to clients and process payments. • Keep up-to-date with current trends and inform on the destination. • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the best deals and availability for clients. • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking process.
Requirements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Proficient in using booking and reservation systems. • Ability to work independently and remotely. • Must be 18 and over. • Must be authorized to work in the US, UK or Australia.
