Description

• Design and architect systems or components • Develop and maintain scalable, reliable backend systems and APIs • Write clean, efficient, maintainable code • Design and optimize database schemas • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for backend components • Work with team members to deliver high-quality software • Contribute to the technical strategy of the organization. • Mentor junior developers and lead architectural discussions • Document design decisions, architecture, APIs, and technical specifications • Investigate and resolve production issues

Requirements

• 10+ years in software development • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience • Proficiency in C#, .Net, Docker, SQL, and Message Queues • Experience with microservices architectures and securing RESTful APIs • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps and public cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP, or AWS) • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven approach • Understanding of Computer Science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, etc.) • Ability to provide technical leadership to junior engineers, including mentoring, code reviews, and guiding architectural decisions. • Experience in troubleshooting and supporting production systems
