Description

• Contribute to the growth of healthcare markets by owning strategy development • Collaborate with product marketing managers and sales leaders • Define healthcare customer engagement strategy • Manage customer segment marketing budget • Track performance of marketing campaigns and report insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related subject area • Extensive marketing/healthcare marketing experience • Experience in a marketing role, responsible for product or portfolio marketing, go-to-market strategy & execution • Proficiency in 4Ps and marketing mix, media outreach, content strategy/marketing, VOC/VOS, segmentation, multi-channel lead generation, value proposition, demand/lead generation strategies, and marketing program development and execution • Ability to prioritize and influence without authority in a large organization within a highly matrixed environment • Collaborative approach to developing and sharing strategy, tactics, and analytics • Demonstrates creativity, problem-solving ability, strong analytical and execution skills • Plan, monitor, and manage budgets, schedules, and performance requirements for the assigned business unit(s) and project(s) • A track record of building measurable programs and marketing communications efforts that deliver against bold business goals • Highly organized with the ability to plan a project without missing a beat • Intellectually curious and unafraid to get hands dirty analyzing what’s working and what’s not • Strategic focus and ability to lead teams without authority • Travel is required - up to 25%
