Description

• Support the development and launch of future multiomics analysis products • Drive innovation and adoption across multiple applications, segments, and geographies • Capture voice of customer and perform market analysis to inform product roadmap • Work across teams to commercialize new products • Shape and execute strategy to develop and deploy solutions for a global research customer base • Lead product development process from concept to launch • Drive development of product requirements and go-to-market strategies • Partner with R&D and technical product managers • Support creation of user documentation • Develop sales tools and go-to-market strategies tailored to new product launches • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create compelling messaging • Stay current on competitor activities and market trends • Develop and maintain business cases to support introduction of new programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or PhD strongly preferred • 2-5 years of product management or similar experience • Experience with genetic analysis is strongly preferred • Proven experience working directly with customers, translating their needs and use cases into product requirements, and guiding product development • Familiarity with defining user needs, product requirements, and developing customer-focused solutions is preferred • Strong analytical skills and the ability to tie detailed analysis to larger strategy • Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills are required • Excellent communication and team management skills are required • Ability to effectively collaborate in a matrixed or highly cross-functional business setting
