Description

• Seeking an experienced Product Leader with a passion for Kubernetes and deep PLG understanding. • Responsible for cloud-native product development and alignment with customer needs. • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales for high-quality solutions. • Define, communicate, and drive product vision and strategy aligned with goals. • Develop and maintain product roadmap for Kubernetes-based solutions and PLG initiatives. • Collaborate closely with customers for insights and competitive landscape monitoring. • Manage product backlog for delivering high-value features. • Drive PLG strategies to enhance user experience and increase adoption. • Utilize Kubernetes expertise for product development. • Define performance metrics for product success assessment. • Engage stakeholders with product status and strategic direction updates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a tech company, with a strong focus on cloud-native technologies and Product-Led Growth strategies. • Very deep understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native architectures. • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes is essential. • Strong ties and relationships in the Kubernetes community. • Proven experience implementing and driving Product-Led Growth initiatives, with a track record of increasing product adoption and customer retention. • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed product decisions. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present to executive leadership. • Strong public speaker that can speak passionately, in a structured manner on products/projects.
