• Define disease leadership strategies in partnership with Product Portfolio & Strategy Managers • Lead thorough market research and assessments • Identify & lead implementation of actionable new product ideas • Collaborate with Global Marketing, Market Access, & other stakeholders for product launches

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, engineering and/or medicine OR 18+ years with a Master's degree • 6+ years leading innovative product management teams within the Diagnostics industry or related field • Deep knowledge of the regulatory landscape governing Medical Devices and Diagnostics • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills • Collaborative leadership style with a strong track record of driving results within matrixed organizations • Extensive experience communicating complex technical information to diverse audiences
