📋 Description
• As a Senior Product Manager at Lightcast, you'll facilitate our entire product development cycle. • You will continuously build on your understanding of our customers' challenges in creating future-ready organizations and the uses of labor market data in that context. • You'll talk to our customers to empathize with their needs. • You’ll validate opportunities for new capabilities and collaboratively define simple, elegant, and practical solutions. • You will partner with data and engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver new capabilities. • You’ll work with marketing and sales to launch new products and capabilities. • Finally, you’ll gather data and feedback to drive future iteration and improvement.
