📋 Description

• Become familiar with our product development goals, processes, strategy, and vision at Acorns • Build strong relationships with engineering, design, analytics, research, and third-party partners, ensuring alignment and clear understanding of our vision, products, and progress across all teams • Ensure your team meets deadlines by holding them accountable and promptly addressing obstacles in their way • Take responsibility for the outcomes including influencing and making effective team changes to maximize outcomes • Develop and execute strategies to educate customers on how to get the most out of Acorns, guiding them toward the best actions for their situations • Leverage data and instincts to shape product vision, define key success metrics, drive innovation, and plan roadmaps for new products and features that align with team and company objectives • Create a cohesive educational journey to improve retention, unify the customer experience across products, and identify opportunities to enhance and expand offerings. • Manage the backlog and day-to-day sprint-level needs of the engineering team and product team leaders • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing to drive product initiatives to completion

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a consumer-facing product management role • A strong track record of leading teams and inspiring the people who work with you to execute flawlessly against both the long-term product vision and current priorities • Deep customer focus and solution-oriented mindset • Exceptional drive and precision in delivery, excellent prioritization, and enjoyment of both rolling up your sleeves and driving results through others. • Strong curiosity, open-mindedness, and willingness to admit what you don’t know • Ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects • Thirst for delivering game-changing products • Exceptional drive and precision in delivery • A belief that your work is tied to your life's mission • Optimistic about the potential of societal change
